Do you charge per trip?
No. Every plan includes unlimited trips. There are no per-trip fees, no ride caps, and no setup fees on any plan — including Free.
What is an AI agent?
An AI agent is an operational routine you describe in plain language, and Zarela runs it for you — a morning digest of unassigned trips, an alert for completed trips that were never closed, a nudge to drivers who haven't submitted a trip report. Start from a template and edit it in your own words. Every run keeps a full audit trail of what the agent did.
What counts as a run?
One execution of one agent. A daily agent uses about 30 runs a month; an hourly agent uses about 720. Messages your agents send are counted separately.
What happens if I hit my agent limit?
Your existing agents keep running. You'll see a prompt to upgrade when you try to create a new one or when you approach your monthly run quota.
Can I switch from LimoAnywhere?
Yes. Migration is free and hands-on for Starter and Pro. We handle the data export and import, and you keep running your operation while we do it.
How does the trial work?
14 days of full Starter or Pro access with no credit card. At the end of the trial we get on a call, walk through what you used, and pick the right plan together. If you'd rather not, you drop to Free and keep your data.
